Before the Station was built This is the corner of Park and Spruce Streets, on October 4, 1985.

An old Coca-Cola distribution center had been torn down to make way for the construction of the new Lewiston Police Facility.

The tent was erected for the groundbreaking ceremonies.


This is a photo of the Lewiston Police Station taken in April of 1997.

This picture was taken from almost the same location as the picture above.

An aerial view of the Lewiston Police Station.

This was taken during mid-construction.

The station (center of photo) was finished and dedicated in November 1986.

The pool and basketball courts pictured at the bottom are part of Kennedy Park - a focal point of downtown Lewiston.

Parking Compound at the Station The parking compound at the rear of the Lewiston Police Station.

It provides a secure place to park the police vehicles, and allows them to be easily accessible in those times of emergency.

The lot and its two large garage bays are continually monitored by closed circuit cameras.
